CTI Supply has 14 day return allowance. You have 14 days from the time you receive your purchase to return the item for a refund or exchange. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

If you have been approved of a refund and do not receive your refund in the given amount of days, first check your bank account to verify. If your refund is still not present, contact your credit card company to confirm the length of time it takes for a refund transaction to be posted. Some companies may take additional time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Generally, we do not refund sales or clearance items. Only regular priced items may be refunded. If an item comes to you damaged, contact customer service at cs@CTISupply.com to find out steps regarding a refund.
