As we mix every color by order,  Shipping can take up to 7 business days from the time the label is created.

The touchupShop.com is pleased to offer low flat rate ground shipping on all domestic orders shipped within the lower 48 States.

We cannot unfortunately, ship expedited due to the restrictions on shipping hazardous materials.
Our goal is to ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible. Our shipping team will ensure prompt processing and shipping of your order, in most cases, the same day!

Incorrectly shipped products are eligible for a 100% refund or product replacement.

Incorrectly ordered paint is not eligible for return based on the very custom nature of our product.
  

We custom mix every color by order, we cannot cancel or refund an order once the paint has been mixed and packaged, regardless if it has physically shipped. 

No refunds will be given for customer-canceled orders on paint that has been mixed.
