Returns
CTI Supply has 14 day return allowance. You have 14 days from the time you receive your purchase to return the item for a refund or exchange. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have been approved of a refund and do not receive your refund in the given amount of days, first check your bank account to verify. If your refund is still not present, contact your credit card company to confirm the length of time it takes for a refund transaction to be posted. Some companies may take additional time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items (if applicable)
Generally, we do not refund sales or clearance items. Only regular priced items may be refunded. If an item comes to you damaged, contact customer service at cs@CTISupply.com to find out steps regarding a refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping Cost
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Length of Time to Receive Return
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Tracking Your Return
Return tracking is the customer's responsibility, we encourage customers to send a message with their tracking information. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
